Calm Before The Storm
This was just yesterday, Aug 27th. It was a bit cloudy. But people were enjoying their afternoon at the playground behind NGC in Bacolod City. Just the day after this, most parts of our city were flooded. After these shots were taken rain just poured heavily and I learned a typhoon was moving towards northern Philippines. Time is just so fleeting yet precious.
